Free and open-source software, particularly Linux, is gaining traction in automotive embedded solutions and High-Performance Computing Platforms due to its advantages over proprietary alternatives. Elektrobit’s EB corbos Linux – built on Ubuntu (EBcL) is a Linux distribution which provides a general purpose OS for the automotive embedded market. In April 26th of this year, Elektrobit expanded on this offering by announcing Linux for Safety Applications. Our session will offer a deeper look at the safety architecture and solutions offered on our Linux platform.
