Led global teams to deliver in-house built-to-print HW design and SW platforms resulting in MEGA cost saving (>$300 Mil) and BEST in class quality. I was directly involved and led the System Architecture and Strategy for Leading OEM such as Ford (NA) and Global product. I know the Market Trend/ Technology and Cost Dynamics in the Infotainment Electronics (HW /Complex SW/Integration & HMI) area quite well from 2015 - 2025.
