Technical Specialst LiDAR Sensing Hardware, General Motors

I have 16 years of optical related engineering experience with the last 7 years concentrating on advanced LiDAR technolgoies for General Motors. I am currently the Technical Specialst for LiDAR Sensing Hardware focused on developing and integrating LiDAR systems for ADAS and Automated Driving initiatives. Prior to General Motors, I worked at NASA developing non-intrusive optical diagnostic techniques for aeronautics related applications.

The Pop in Your Job – What drives you? Why do you love your job?
I enjoy being a part of the automotive journey that LiDAR has been on over the past several years. It has been exciting to continuously learn, innovate, and adapt alongside the industry since the early days when LiDAR began entering the automotive market. I am looking forward to seeing how the LiDAR (and the ADAS and Automated Driving) industry continues to evolve.
