I lead the Light Commercial Vehicles Cabin and Upper Body Development department at Iveco. Coming from a mechanical background – I have an MS degree in automotive engineering – I always had a strong passion for innovation and I just completed an MBA focused on digital transformation. I love to explore new paths, both in the way we work and, in the products, we deliver to our customers. I love being part of the most diverse teams, where everyone is empowered to express their best potential in creating the coolest user experience for our customers. The Pop in Your Job:
Returning to Italy after a long experience at a German OEM, I tried to blend the best of the two cultures in my department at Iveco. I like to challenge my people to think and act beyond the obvious, to apply discipline and creativity, at the same time and I love to see the result of this reflected in their fulfillment and in our products. That’s what motivates me and makes my days at work worthwhile and fun.
